1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 55rr0 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 55rr0 online gaming platform available at https://55rr0.app ("the Service"). These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and 55rr0.

By completing the registration process, clicking the confirmation checkbox at sign-up, or by otherwise accessing the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 55rr0 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. 8. Account Closure & Termination

Any bonus balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Where an account is closed by 55rr0 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 55rr0 reserves the right to withhold any balance held in the account. Where closure occurs for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, a business decision to cease operating in a particular market — any real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 55rr0 will notify the account holder via email prior to applying any inactive account policy. The failure of 55rr0 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
